Works under supervision.Duties & ResponsibilitiesFunctionsESSENTIAL¿ Generate MIS (Management information System) reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis¿ Ascertain assigned work is delivered with required quality, within schedule.¿ Understand and comply with SCM processes.¿ Follow checklist against incoming shipments to a BU on the basis of Invoice.¿ Analyze stocks and raise inter-unit stock transfer orders (MSR) to other BU's by using overstock data.¿ Purchase orders/MSR management - Generation, Confirmation, Expedite, end user communication.¿ Maintaining Tracker for finalized Purchase Order’s.¿ Resolve invoices/requisition anomalies.¿ Perform receipt against PO's to ensure expedite reports and match exceptionsNON-ESSENTIAL¿ Do additional SCM / Technical jobs as assigned¿ Work towards individual goals, aligned with department and organizational objectives.¿ Attend all team meetings and deliver assign projects/task on time.¿ Be open to travel as per business needs.¿ Contribute to improving existing processesSafetyEnsure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment.OtherCarry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company.Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.Supervisory Responsibilities¿ This position has NO supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsQualificationsREQUIRED¿ Required bachelor's in science / commerce / PGDCA/ BCA/Logistics or other relevant educational field.¿ Should possess knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially of Excel and word.DESIRED¿ Well versed with Purchasing, Inventory and other SCM functions.¿ Knowledge on MS Excel including formulas, special functions viz.
