This company has enjoyed international success since 1869, thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit that has always driven it ahead.An Ideal Candidate:An Ideal Candidate should have a minimum of 7 years to 10 Years in vehicle hydraulic system design along with integration with powertrain Should Possess good command over the design and selection of hydraulic components like axial piston pumps, gear pumps, axial piston motors gear motors, cylinders, filters, strainers, hydraulic tank aggregates, manifold blocks etc. Experience in closed-loop hydraulic system design must create and interpret complex hydraulic schematics for construction equipment / off-road vehicles/mining machines.Key Competencies:1. Should have vehicle hydraulic system design along with integration with powertrain.
2. Possess good command over the design and selection of hydraulic components like axial piston pumps, gear pumps, axial piston motors, gear motors, cylinders, filters, strainers, hydraulic tank aggregates, manifold blocks, etc.
3. Experience in closed-loop hydraulic system design is a must.
4. Create and interpret complex hydraulic schematics for construction equipment / off-road vehicles/mining machines.
5. Knowledge about hydraulic tank sizing and design.
6. Should be able to calculate and optimize hydraulic oil cooler sizing.
7. Good knowledge about the appropriate selection of hydraulic hoses and fittings based on required pressure ratings.
8. Well-conversed with different DIN, ISO, and SAE standards for hoses and fittings.
