- Design IAM data workflow solutions that fully implement business requirements and work within specifications to meet goals in a timely manner.
- Support daily operation and troubleshooting of IAM systems and servers.
- Monitor production IAM workflows for expected performance and responds to errors, emergencies and requests from the application or workflow owner.
- Partner with enterprise software developers and technology partners to leverage existing infrastructure, systems, and processes to consistently meet deadlines.
- Integrate strategies and solutions to improve data flow and analysis.
- Develop automated solutions to regular IAM tasks.
- Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshooting issues.
- Repair and recover IAM systems from hardware or software failures. Coordinate with R1 Infrastructure and Architecture teams to ensure IAM adherence to best practice and R1 policies.
- Collaborate with the other IAM teams to provide knowledge and growth opportunities.
- Adhere to company and industry best practices in development, change management, documentation, and testing.
- Perform exceptional work both independently and in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work in US/India shifts.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant field – or equivalent professional experience within IT systems, infrastructure, or development
- 3-5 years’ Industry experience in systems integration, system administration, or software development (or evidence of hands-on experience)
- Experience with one or more major programming languages (.NET, Java) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, etc.).
- Should be able to design, develop, and execute solutions independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong familiarity with Identity Provider principles & technologies such as Active Directory, Auth0, Entra, and other SAML based systems.
- Familiar with REST and SOAP API fundamentals.
- Knowledge of designing and planning solutions; debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) solutions or scripting automated tasks.
- Experience with managing both Linux & Windows Operating systems – knowledge of server administration, including IIS administration, a plus.
- Attention to detail and capability to apply discretion and sound judgment in managing complex processes, decisions and handling sensitive information.
