Minimum of 5 years of experience as an AS/400 Developer, working on RPG IV, RPG Free, CL, and DDS, with at least 3 years of team handling experience Strong understanding of AS/400 programming concepts, including file handling, program flow control, and data manipulation. Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting AS/400 applications to identify and resolve issues effectively. Experience with AS/400 development tools, such as SEU, PDM, and RDi. Familiarity with relational databases, particularly DB2 on the AS/400 platform. Knowledge of AS/400 performance tuning and optimization techniques. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
