- Ensure best quality with lowest cost within desired duration.
- Study the market to identify price & availability trends.
- Locating – Developing & building vendors & suppliers for trouble free operation of plant.
- Manage procurement effectively considering inventory & area prospects.
- Negotiate pricing- executing requisitions – issuing purchase or work order & maintaining purchasing records till the completion.
- Establishing MIS with the use of data & analysis to prove purchasing performance.
- Monitoring & control local procurement.
- Monitoring & control MSL Items (Minimum Stock Items).
- Handling AMC, maintain its record & timely renewal with study of terms and conditions included.
- Checking capital expense, projects and its projection.
- Should be from manufacturing company from plastic firm .
- Knowledge of basics & channel of procurement.
- Knowledge of GST or Taxation.
- Communication Skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PPTs) & ERP
- Situation handling & People management skill.
- Team work, problem solving with positive attitude.
