The role involves selling large, complex process equipment and turnkey solutions across global markets in the Oil and Fat Industry.This is not a transactional sales role. Success comes from deep understanding of engineering processes, contracts, project execution and payment structures.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive high-value order booking (₹10 Cr - ₹100 Cr per order)Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across international marketsLead techno-commercial proposal development in coordination with engineering and operationsHandle end-to-end sales lifecycle: opportunity identification → negotiation → contracting → execution support → collectionsManage contracts, payment cycles, bank guarantees, LCs and receivablesCoordinate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, SCM, Projects, Logistics) to ensure OTIF deliveryDevelop and nurture long-term customer relationships; cross-sell and up-sell across a wide product portfolioTrack market intelligence, competitors and emerging opportunitiesAct as an IC + Key Account Manager, owning strategic customersCandidate Profile (Must-Have)10-12+ years of experience in sales & marketing of heavy engineering / process equipmentStrong exposure to oil & fats processing, oleo-chemicals, bio-diesel, solvent extraction, refinery or similar industriesProven track record of handling ₹50 Cr+ annual order bookingStrong techno-commercial acumen with ability to balance technical feasibility and commercial viabilityHands-on experience with export markets (Africa, Middle East, Russia or similar)Comfortable managing long sales cycles and complex projectsEngineering background preferredExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferred BackgroundCandidates from technology-first process engineering companiesWork Environment & CultureHighly professional and ethical organization~60% technical workforceStrong engineering-led decision makingHigh leadership visibility and accessGlobal exposure and learningTravelApprox. 4-5 months per year (international)Apply NowHave you sold heavy engineering / process equipment (not commodities or standard products)?YesNo Have you sold Oil & fats processing equipment ☐ Solvent extraction / refinery systems ☐ Oleo-chemical / bio-diesel plants ☐ Turnkey / EPC / project-based solutions
