- Liaise and co-ordinate with Pricing team,PAP Lead and MAPA Head and drive key PAP initiatives.
- Maintain current knowledge of PAP and continue to explore opportunities to innovate ways to improve access.
- Co-ordinate and work with commercial team (Sales), implementation partner to drive key PAP initiatives
- Visit key customers & take feedback, overview the PAP progress, Maintain frequent communication with internal and external stake holders
- Ensure compliance and documentations in order to adhere to Takeda’s values
- Maintain historical data base and regularly update
- Identify the need of Localize studies to support business
- Support the forecasting of PAP requirements
- PAP report analysis and discemenation of insights to relevant stakeholders
- Secure required skills on Takedas tools to manage effective execution of PAP
- Mapping of key stakeholders/ Account for PAP and Pricing excellence and understand the gap/opportunities between Access and Pricing.
- Work cross functionally with team to improve the Access and Pricing efficiencies
- Ensure successful execution of program roll- out across internal and external customers with trainings and awareness.
- Conduct weekly and monthly meetings to track effective execution of program ensuring improvement in enrollment and treatment continuty.
- Analysis and distribution of monthly reports across departments for progress of program.
- Field work with strategic partner and commercial team for exploring opportunities and feedback.
- Resource management for both internal and strategic partner
- Coordinate and Collobrate with supplychain and distributors for minimum turn around time of therapy accessibility.
- Deep understanding of Indian healthcare market segmentation and population economic segmentation.
- Skilled in using attributes of MS Office for data analysis and management.
- Good understanding of access attributes and access barriers ( as per therrapy)
- Strong Cross functional collaboration & partnerships within LOC and Regional stakeholders
- Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration
- High impact communication/presentation skills
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint; understanding of visualization softwares – PowerBI, Tableau etc.
