Engineering & Business Service Center QHSE Services Operational Quality Manufacturing Quality (Looking for Manufacturing Baseline Package Specialist) Responsibilities Responsible for Manufacturing Baseline Package (MBP) sign off from prototype plant with the agreed quality maturity levels of the product and process. (E.g., PFMEA, CP, SPC, MSA etc.) Conduct 3P assessments for the factories to identify the risk pertaining to People, Process & Product Conduct Maturity assessments and identify the risks pertaining to manufacturing. Maintain the L5 Instruction of the MBP process Support for MBP digitalisation process of MBP Identification of quality problems and proactive mitigation of key risks including appropriate communication to local key stakeholders and management team Qualifications Degree in Engineering with minimum of 1013 years of experience in manufacturing industry Quality certification like ASQ CQE is added advantage Experience with lean / Six sigma tools is needed Good knowledge in product life cycle management Proficient in core tools Hands on experience in PPAP Competencies Ability to cope with many different levels in the Organisation Understand the Production setup and processes in the Production Self-driven, proactive - take responsibility to ensure progress and results Open and seek collaboration with team-members + engage proactive approach with Local factory staff in each region across the globe Ability to work from remote and onsite as required focusing on the escalated production issues What We Offer This position offers unique challenges and responsibilities driving excellence within Global Manufacturing, building Vestas Group's position in mature and new markets.
