• Monitoring the performance of the DM plant, including water quality parameters (e.g., conductivity, pH, silica levels).
• Ensuring the plant operates efficiently and produces water that meets specified quality standards.
• Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment.
• Maintaining detailed records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and water quality data.

• Overseeing the operation and maintenance of the laboratory, including calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Conducting chemical and microbiological analysis of water samples.
• Preparing standard reagents and solutions.
• Maintaining inventory of lab supplies and chemicals.
• Ensuring the laboratory operates according to safety standards.

• Supervising plant operators and laboratory technicians.
• Training plant personnel on laboratory methods and safety procedures.

• Ensuring the DM plant operates within required standards and that the water produced meets specified quality requirements.
• Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures for lab analysis.

• Preparing reports for management and regulatory agencies.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant environmental regulations.

• Responding to customer complaints and analyzing water samples as necessary.
• Developing and amending standard operating procedures.
• Collecting samples and performing other related duties as assigned.
