Senior Rating Analyst/Lead Analyst - Credit Analysis - Corporate Credit - 5+ Years - MumbaiAn exciting opportunity for finance professionals with 5-10 years of experience in credit analysis, financial modelling, and risk assessment. This role is ideal for candidates from Tier 1 B-schools or Chartered Accountants who possess strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial and business analysis of corporates, preparing detailed rating reports, and maintaining key client relationships.Location - MumbaiYour Future Employer - A leading financial services organization renowned for providing independent credit ratings, research, and risk solutions to clients across industries.Responsibilities -
  • Analyze companies' financial and business performance, benchmark with peers, and project future performance.
  • Conduct detailed credit risk assessments through industry research and financial analysis.
  • Prepare high-quality rating reports articulating the rationale behind the ratings.
  • Present findings to the Rating Committee and address queries with sound justification.
  • Manage relationships with key clients and senior management teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on industry and market trends.
  • Contribute to brand-building and franchise development initiatives.
Requirements -
  • MBA (Tier 1 B-School) or CA with 5-10 years of experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, underwriting, or financial modelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, markets, and instruments.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
