- Guide the design and development of solutions for ITQ Product Lifecycle Management technology projects, by partnering with Product Owners, Architects, and delivery teams to understand business requirements and develop technical roadmaps.
- Partner with business to define functional requirements including data, configuration, integration, and portal needs across the solutions.
- Translate functional specifications to technical specifications and work with developers & vendors to ensure delivered products / services meet requirements.
- Responsible for quality assurance, test script creation and testing, and ensuring compliance with both stabilization requirements and user acceptance of system solutions.
- System consultant to business – identify and articulate process impacts or potential constraints on technology/data.
- Communicate the system or process changes to business and end users with varying technical knowledge.
- Subject matter expert and consultant supporting a wide variety of applications.
- Use a broad range of continuous improvement tools to provide insights, drive out waste, and improve system performance
- Partner with the key business contacts to understand business issues, identify opportunities and drive solutions to implementation.
- Lead business continuance and enhancements to drive the business growth.
- Able to support day-to-day operations and technical upgrades.
- Drive systemic improvements in system health through identification of key re-occurring themes and deep understanding of end-to-end system knowledge.
- Facilitate & support operational initiatives.
- PLM Optiva hands-on experience in Configuration, Reports, Data migrations, integrations (Optional).
- Understanding ADO Fundamentals
- Proficient in database skills (GCP/Oracle/SQL) and .NET technologies.
- Must have excellent written and verbal skills, including technical writing. Ability to define, prioritize & clearly communicate short- and long-term goals with multiple global stakeholders.
- Must be able to develop technical solutions to business problems and act as a bridge between business and technical team.
