Key Accountabilities - Focus on building Asset Business along with strengthening Cross Sell of Non Asset products at the Branch.
Building Asset Line - Conversion of LAP Business & Business Loans (Existing or Historically Avanse Customers)-
- Generate leads using the Pre- Qualified data base for the location & closure of leads
- generated by Location Branch team & contact Center
Building the Funnel
- Manage the funnel of leads from conversion rate of Appointment – Login, Login to Sanction &
- Sanction – Disbursement.
- Work closely with the collection team to ensure healthy portfolio quality.
- Maintain DSR on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with credit team on smooth sanctioning of file and with operations team for disbursement.
Deliverables - Achieve Targets on Disbursement of Asset Products (Loans)
- Target achievement on monthly collection efficiencies across.
- Nil customer service issues, High CSAT scores.
