Overseeing all activities necessary for the execution of ongoing and new projects within the assigned shift.

Directing and coordinating the activities of production staff, maintenance teams, and other relevant personnel.

Ensuring efficient use of materials, equipment, and manpower.

Production and Quality:

Ensuring production targets are met during the shift.

Monitoring and maintaining quality control procedures.

Troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.

Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a clean working environment.

Operational Efficiency:

Conducting routine inspections of equipment, monitoring operating parameters, and addressing any abnormalities.

Tuning process control instruments and maintaining proper recording of concerns and tasks.

Preparing for scheduled shutdowns and performing necessary tasks during unscheduled shutdowns.

Reporting and Communication:

Maintaining daily logbooks and reporting any defects or issues to the relevant personnel.

Preparing monthly turnover projections and other relevant reports.
