We are proudly part of Japan Post —Key Responsibilities:Assist in executing periodic User Access Reviews and Privileged User Access Reviews across various systems and applications.Support the IT exception/exemption management process, including tracking, assessing risk impact, and documentation.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and control owners to ensure timely completion of ISO27001 audit requirements and evidence collection.Work closely with the IT Risk Manager in identifying, assessing, and tracking IT risks and control gaps.Prepare and maintain Risk and Compliance dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior management and audit purposes.Support in the tracking and follow-up of audit findings and risk mitigation plans.Assist in policy and procedure reviews to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Ensure timely escalation of risk issues that may impact the organization.Maintain accurate documentation of risk assessments, controls, and exceptions.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in IT Risk Management, IT Audit, Information Security, or related roles.Strong knowledge of user access control principles and experience conducting access reviews.Familiarity with ISO27001 standards and IT audit processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint.Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively across teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Proficient in preparing compliance, risk management dashboardsWhat moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
