The company is looking for a mature and experienced Head of Human Resources (Female) to lead the HR function at its corporate office. This role will be responsible for managing Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Compliance, Administration, and Policy Development. The ideal candidate should be able to work closely with both senior management and ground-level teams, maintaining a balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Key Responsibilities:
