Job Description:Job Title: Salesforce DeveloperDesignation: DeveloperLocation: Mph-DLF IT PARK, Chennai, INJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Apex development, particularly in the areas of Batch processes, Schedulers, Test Classes, Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring high performance and scalability. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Create and manage Batch processes and Schedulers to automate business processes and improve system efficiency.
Develop and maintain Test Classes to ensure code quality and reliability.
Implement Triggers to support complex business logic and data manipulation.
Utilize SOQL and SOSL for efficient data retrieval and manipulation within Salesforce.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, and assess their impact on existing solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex, including Batch, Schedulers, Test Classes, Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce development tools and methodologies.
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning components and frameworks.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
