Job Description Key Responsibilities Jira / Jira Align Tool Oversight and Management Adding Program Increments Managing the deleted items in Jira Align Deleting Features, Stories, Tasks, and iterations in JA Builds new boards/projects for teams Identify Inactive Jira Boards Jira Service Now Ticket Vetting Handle board configuration requests Work in the RDO Ticket board and assign to RDO Members Qualifications Jira / Jira Align Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to Think out of the box / critical thinking Bachelor's Degree in business, technology, or related field Embraces agility, flexibility, and ambiguity. Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate. Has a strong customer-oriented attitude while driving change and results. Preferred Qualifications Typically requires 3 of more years of experience in IT. Experience with Power BI.
