As we scale our India operations, we're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to be the backbone of our deal execution engine.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love bringing order to complexity, and have a knack for getting things done across teams — this role is for you.What You'll OwnDeal Lifecycle Management You'll be the connective tissue between Sales, Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Finance. From onboarding to disbursement, you'll track every deal milestone, ensure documentation is complete and compliant, and keep the pipeline moving without friction.Client & External Coordination You'll work directly with client finance and operations teams to collect KYC, financial statements, and trade documents — ensuring a smooth, professional onboarding experience that reflects MODIFI's standards.Process & Compliance You'll maintain documentation checklists, process trackers, and ensure every deal meets internal credit and policy guidelines before it moves forward. Continuous improvement isn't just a phrase here — it's how we work.Requirements3–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Trade Finance, Banking/NBFC Operations, FinTech, or financial services supportPrior exposure to cross-border trade finance, working capital solutions, or corporate lending is a strong plusExperience coordinating across Credit, Risk, Legal, and Finance teams
  • Solid grasp of KYC processes, deal documentation, and onboarding workflows
  • Strong follow-up instincts: you reduce TAT without being asked to
  • Excellent communicator: structured, clear, and professional even under pressure
  • High ownership mindset: you treat every deal like it's your own
