The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of field sales experience, a good understanding of the local market, and a strong passion for sales and customer interaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Generate leads and convert them into business. - Assist in training and developing newly onboarded agents. - Maintain sales data and provide regular performance reports. - Conduct regular field visits and support agents in client meetings. - Provide on-field training and sales support to agents.
