- Position: Cluster Manager (Sales) | Education Loans - Location: Mumbai (Santacruz Branch)- Experience: 6 to 12 years in Education Loans/Personal Loans within banking/fintech/NBFC- Education: MBA (Must)- Industry: Banking/NBFCKey Requirement:- Current designation should be Cluster Manager or Regional Manager from Personal Loan Department only. (Banking/NBFC).- Strong track record in driving sales and achieving targets in the education loan domain.- The Cluster Manager will lead a team of 5 to 7 Sales Managers and 4 to 10 Sales Executives and will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing the performance of the Sales Managers and Sales Executives and achieving the month-on-month education loan origination and disbursement targets for the location.Responsibilities:- Revenue Generation through New Customer acquisition for Education Loans for Studies Overseas & India.- Supervision & control for coordination for House Visits for self/team and assignment of leads to individual Loan officers.- Visiting/meeting students along with their parents and address their queries with the Education Loan offerings/process clarity and the concept sales also supporting the Loan officers in their respective Client visits effectively.- Meet the assigned Channel partners on a regular basis and generate leads/referrals for New Business Acquisition.- Coordination and assistance for the process of Lead generation to Login, Login to Sanction and Sanction to Disbursement and post Sales service.- Deliver quality Customer Service and generate referrals from existing customers.- Liaise with Cross-functional teams i.e. Credit / Operations / Service / legal etc. and ensure the documentary requirements are complied with and seamless service gets delivered to the acquired customers.- Collaborate with the assigned Channel partners to conduct College Seminars / Consultant events / Web-based seminars etc.- Understand the value proposition gaps in the assigned business relationships and suggest the possible modifications- Cross-selling of allied products i.e. Foreign Exchange / Insurance and collection of Processing Charges.- Hiring, onboarding and training team members and managing their performance.- Ensuring the team targets are achieved in terms of monthly segment vise Logins and eventually loan disbursements.Skills:- Strong Negotiation skills- Team Worker- Creative (we thrive on this)- Analytical skills- Good communication skills- Perseverance- Nimble-footed- Self motivated (ref:updazz.com)
