This involves setting up networks, servers, storage, and other resources necessary to support AOMS software. Automation and Orchestration: Implementing automation and orchestration processes to streamline the AOMS deployment, configuration, and management of cloud resources. Monitoring and Alerting: Setting up monitoring tools and configuring alerts to proactively monitor the health, performance, and availability of the AOMS cloud infrastructure and AOMS applications. Responding to alerts, diagnosing and resolving performance or availability issues, and implementing improvements based on monitoring insights. Incident Management and 24/7 Support: Participating in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for the AOMS on-premise infrastructure and applications.
