Description & RequirementsJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated ERP Support Analyst to join our Global LN Finance Support Team. This team plays a critical role in supporting a wide customer base across APAC, the Middle East, and parts of Europe. As our LN customer base continues to grow on the cloud, this role is essential to maintaining high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

Gain a deep understanding of LN product functionality and its real-world business applications.
Simulate and troubleshoot reported issues in customer environments and internal cloud tenants.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders (Development, GPS, CloudOps, IMS) to resolve technical and functional issues.
Provide expert guidance and support to customers on LN Finance modules.
Contribute to team success by sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Be flexible and available to work in shifts as per business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in ERP systems such as LN, SAP, or Oracle Apps.
Strong understanding of finance processes and ERP workflows.

Basic Qualifications:

CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA in Finance

Engineering background with relevant ERP experience
