  • Job Description for Manager (CA +6 years experience) 1. Knowledgeable on IGAAP, accounting and related aspects. 2. Exposure to IndAS and IFRS is desirable. 3. Ensure proper and timely accounting, periodic closing, MIS / dashboard for activity tracking / deliverables to clients. 4. Working knowledge of tax provisions from accounting perspective viz TDS, Payroll compliances, Advance tax computation etc. 5. Good knowledge on capitalization, computation of depreciation under companies Act and Income tax act, various tax provisions for assets etc. 6. Periodic review of General ledger, books of account to ensure completeness and accuracy 7. Ability to plan and prepare schedule for financial closing for multiple clients / a large client. 8. Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution and clean-up of overdue items identified as part of prep work. 9. Preparation of Financial statements, Tax Audit report and related schedules along with relevant back up. 10. Lead and Manage end to end audit for the client including liaison with Auditors & clients, follow up for audit issues and implement corrective action if any. 11. Independently handle and manage Resolve Tax accounting related issues and disputes, escalate as required or co-ordinate with various team/department to resolve. 12. Ability to manage and lead a team for timely accounting and related compliances 13. Stakeholder management - multifaceted with an ability to manage multiple clients for accounting, Standalone Financial statements, Tax audit etc. 14. Good oral and written communication skills for liaison with client, client partners, statutory auditor's and other stakeholders. 15. Working on SAP / ERP environment is desirable 16. Coordination with multiple teams within ecosystem to increase footprint of the service line. 17. Able to manage large teams on end to end book keeping / accounting 18. Managing client expectations by maintaining healthy relationship and desired quality deliverables.
