We help businesses — primarily real estate developers, promoters, and agents — meet their regulatory obligations through end-to-end services including registration, filings, legal documentation, and dispute resolution.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our Kochi team. This is a field-based role where you will be meeting clients directly, building relationships, and converting prospects into long-term business partnerships.Responsibilities
Visit potential clients in the field — real estate developers, builders, promoters, and agents
Pitch and explain our compliance and advisory services
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up consistently to close deals and achieve monthly targets
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding
Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM regularly
RequirementsRequirements
1+ year of experience in field sales or business development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
Knowledge of the local Kochi market is an advantage
Malayalam proficiency preferred
Real estate or compliance background is a plus — not mandatory
