- Lead the Go-to-Market strategy and business growth for Veeva solutions, prioritizing R&D and expanding into Commercial pharma.
- Identify market opportunities, develop value propositions, drive client acquisition, and lead proposal efforts globally.
- Build differentiated solutions for life sciences clients using Veeva Vault and integrated platforms.
- Shape pricing and delivery models to ensure competitive cost of delivery.
- Build strong relationships with global stakeholders, pharma clients, and partners; represent EY at industry events.
- Provide expert guidance on Veeva R&D (Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Safety) and Commercial (CRM, PromoMats) suites to support GTM activities.
- Collaborate with global EY teams to align GTM plans and ensure seamless execution.
- Representing EY in Veeva partner forums and analyst ecosystems to elevate market positioning.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team responsible for Veeva GTM, operations, support, and continuous improvement.
- Establish training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives to ensure strong Veeva capability and adoption across R&D and Commercial functions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the Veeva center of excellence in India.
- Provide clear direction, performance feedback, and career development support to team members
- Lead Veeva capability development across GDS locations including India, Philippines, Poland, Sri Lanka, and Mexico.
- Work with and across competencies to help deliver Veeva transformation engagement at scale.
- Oversee system configuration, validation, compliance, and performance monitoring to ensure data integrity and operational excellence.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Veeva implementations, upgrades, and enhancements ensuring timely, quality, and within-budget execution.
- Drive delivery excellence across Veeva transformation programs with zero-surprise execution.
- Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and methodologies for Veeva implementations.
- Apply best practices and enforce governance models to optimize system use and meet regulatory standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between GDS Veeva teams and global Veeva Centers of Excellence, ensuring alignment with overall Veeva GTM and delivery strategy
- Partner with cross-functional global teams including Americas, and EU markets.
- Facilitate effective communication, regular status updates, and alignment discussions with global business and technology leaders.
- Advocate for GDS India-specific requirements while ensuring adherence to global processes and regulatory compliance.
- 15-20 years of experience in technology consulting, with at least 10 years in life sciences.
- Deep expertise (at least 5 years) in Veeva's platform and solutions across Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Safety, and Commercial.
- Strong understanding of life sciences workflows, compliance requirements, and digital transformation drivers
- Strong understanding and deep interest in pharmaceutical R&D, having delivered consulting engagements in one or more of the following areas: Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, Safety
- Strong understanding of the R&D value chain and ideally Veeva's platforms/solutions and how R&D business consulting offerings can leverage and support these
- Strong understanding of the business capabilities and drivers underpinning digital technology in health and life sciences
- Proven track record in selling and delivering large-scale Veeva programs.
- Experience in alliance management and co-innovation with Veeva and other related ecosystem partners.
- Ability to lead cross-border teams and manage stakeholder relationships across EY and client organizations.
- Big 4 experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field; Master's or Phd is huge plus.
- Professional certifications in Veeva Vault platform or related solutions are a plus.
- Experience in management consulting and IT advisory for life sciences clients.
- Demonstrated success in building practices and managing teams of 100+ professionals.
- Proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and drive strategic transformation initiatives.
