Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Support Analyst with a primary focus on SQL, UNIX, and Shell Scripting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support and a strong understanding of technical troubleshooting, configuration management, and system monitoring. Additionally, a basic understanding of modern cloud technologies and data platforms will be an added advantage.Responsibilities: * Core Support Activities:

Monitor and maintain system performance using SQL, UNIX, and Shell Scripting.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents in adherence to SLAs.
Perform configuration changes and implement file-processing alterations as needed.
Application & System Monitoring:

Monitor dashboards and take necessary actions for failures in monitoring tools.
Ensure continuous monitoring of application servers, file transfers, and customer profiles.
Documentation & Process Improvement:

Develop and implement SOPs to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
Document issues and resolutions to improve the knowledge base for the team.
Mentorship & Collaboration:

Guide and mentor team members in troubleshooting and resolving unfamiliar issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new implementations and enhancements.

Primary Skillset:

Proficiency in:

SQL: Writing and debugging queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
UNIX/Linux: Command-line expertise for system monitoring and maintenance.
Shell Scripting: Automating tasks and workflows to improve efficiency.

Additional Knowledge Areas (Preferred): * AWS S3:

Basic understanding of S3 components (Buckets, Objects, Directory Buckets).
Knowledge of access control, security, logging, and monitoring in S3.
Amazon CloudWatch:

Experience with monitoring dashboards, alarms, and resource performance.
Setting up metrics and s to ensure system stability.
Databricks:

Understanding data workflows and writing SQL queries in Databricks Postgres.
Python:

Ability to troubleshoot and modify beginner-to-intermediate scripts.
