- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
- Handle passenger baggage and ensure proper tagging and loading onto the aircraft.
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information
- Check and verify travel documents and ensure compliance with airport and airline regulations
- Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly, and disabled passengers
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other airport departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures and regulations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures always Requirements:
- Minimum 10+2 or equivalent education
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
- Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be required to work 6 days a week, with one day off on a rotational basis. The initial contract will be for a period of 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
