(Tally and QuickBooks).Hands free experience in QuickBooks is mandatory.High attention to detail and excellent analytical skillsSound independent judgementPossess the ability to collate information into the system and maintain it in the record books.Excellent accounting and financial management knowledge and skillsStrong understanding of Accountings Practices & Processes ExtensiveExperience using tools such as Tally, QuickBooks etcGood communication skills and strong negotiation skillsAbility to prioritize, manage time well, stay organized, quickly address needsand adjust focus as needed.Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a teamWhat You'll do:-Review of day-to-day books of Accounts in Tally and QuickBooks & Superviseday to day routine, operational activities, and issues.Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Statutory filing in India and US.Perform analytical reviews of financial documentation; produce statements formanagement on accounting status and discrepancies.Conduct record reviews and assessments to determine resources and verifyfinancial documentation Produce financial statement reports, document auditprocesses and balances Identify accounting issues, reconciled accounts, andprovide solutionsPrepare monthly reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and intercompanytransactionsManaging MIS and sharing details to Management on regular basis.Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary.Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
