Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per monthRole OverviewWe are looking for a creative and experienced Interior Designer who has strong knowledge of the field and the ability to manage projects as well as a small team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, design-driven, and capable of handling end-to-end execution.Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts
- Work on residential and/or commercial interior projects
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and preferences
- Create layouts, 2D/3D designs, and presentations
- Manage and guide a team of designers/executors
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams
- Ensure timely project execution within budget
- Conduct site visits and supervise work progress
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and space planning
- Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, etc.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and execution processes
- Team handling and coordination skills
- Strong communication and client-handling ability
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in interior design
- Ability to independently handle projects and lead a small team
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
