This senior-level, full-time position requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling complex water management systems, with a strong focus on customer and manpower handling, compliance, and payment release. The role demands proficiency in advanced water treatment technologies.Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience of 7-10 years in water management, specifically in operation and maintenance of treatment systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of water treatment processes including HRSCC, MGF, UF, RO & EDI systems.
  • Strong capabilities in customer handling with a focus on delivering exceptional service and managing expectations effectively.
  • Proficient in manpower handling ensuring the team is productive, motivated, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Experienced in navigating compliance requirements within the water treatment industry to meet regulatory standards.
  • Skilled in overseeing and facilitating payment release processes efficiently and within stipulated timelines.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Adept at problem-solving and decision-making to address and resolve operational issues swiftly.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage the operation and maintenance of advanced water treatment systems ensuring high efficiency and reliability.
  • Lead a team of professionals in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly operational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental protocols in all operations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by addressing concerns and exceeding service expectations.
  • Monitor the performance of the water treatment process and make necessary adjustments for optimization.
  • Facilitate and oversee the payment release procedures ensuring alignment with financial policies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational metrics, improvements, and other relevant data.
  • Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for operational improvements and business growth.
