We are looking for a dedicated Projects Liaison officer, who will build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships, facilitate communications and coordinates activities among governmental organisations, agencies or organizations. In this role, you will act as the mediator between our organisation and governmental organizations to build a rapport, streamline operations, resolve issues, improve communications, and ensure that the relationship is as beneficial as possible. You will be working with The Yoga Institute, one of the world's oldest organized centres of Yoga. Website: https://theyogainstitute.org/ Social media handles: https://www.youtube.com/c/theyogainstituteofficial; https://www.instagram.com/theyogainstituteofficial/hl=en Roles and Responsibilities: Acting as contact points for all government, service agency or organisational personnel o Central Government Delhi & State gov Mumbai o All central & State ministries * Rapport building * Events & promotions * Sanctions, Approvals & Permissions (through applicable schemes) Acting as contact points for all Corporate Connects o All top-notch corporate houses * Rapport buildings * Events & promotions * CSR projects Acting as contact points for other agencies o All world renowned agencies like UN, WHO, UNICEF, Bill Clinton foundation etc etc. * Rapport building * Getting TYI on their portals * Applying for applicable schemes and projects to work together * Sanctions & approvals Keeping lists of the agencies or personnel, representing the person, agency or organization Facilitating meetings and cooperation among people, agencies and organizations Identifying problems in communications among these groups Collaborating and communicating with necessary constituents and the public; and private sector Event reporting and analysis. Conducting post-mortems when an incident is wrapped up. Compiling reports on incidents, events or updates to learn from them and improve future processes and relationships Will be our representative who will streamline operations and handle public communications, coordination efforts, with all governmental ad services sector agencies like local police, local administration, local other important agencies Shall act as technical or subject matter experts for the person, agency or organisation you represent Will be the Special point of contact at above mentioned agencies during major events, such as emergency situations or leadership changes, like the appointment of a new government or CEO Will be the primary person who will communicate information about events for promotional and brand perception purposes Prepare and deliver verbal communications, such as press conferences, interviews, phone calls and face-to-face meetings, and written communications, including press releases, reports and social media updates, to colleagues, collaborators, the public and other stakeholders Negotiating with relevant stakeholders, developing and fostering relationships, getting people to understand different points of view, understanding the business and impacts on the stakeholders Requirements and Qualifications: Core 8-10 years' experience as a correspondent / Journalist / Reporter in any Domain (Preferably in Health / Education) and has connects with top level officers / government officials Should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Public Relations person and having a customer-oriented attitude Must have Central Government Liaisoning experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships Must be a go getter and self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems Excellent Negotiation skills and ability to influence others Strong business acumen Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environments and must be willing to take initiative to proactively solve conflicts and address issues Analytically and mathematically minded to analyse data and create necessary reports As their primary task is to coordinate activities and communications among people, agencies and organizations, successful liaison officers must showcase strong organizational skills Working hours - Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) Probationary Period: 3 months Work Location - Delhi (Preference will be given to candidates with Journalism background)
