Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an HR Executive. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. This is a full-time position with a Junior level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years. The job is located in Kalyan, Maharashtra, India. Qualifications And Skills 1-3 years of experience in HR role, preferably in the healthcare industry Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity Good organizational and time management skills Proficient in MS Office HR certification, such as PHR or SPHR, is a plus Roles And Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the healthcare industry Screen resumes and conduct interviews to identify and select qualified candidates Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and induction activities Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances and conducting disciplinary actions Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Administer performance appraisal process and conduct employee feedback sessions Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee training programs Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices
