Mentors, champions and manages an IT functional and process design team, supporting one large team or multiple smaller teams with responsibilities including work allocation, budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, staffing and other duties as assigned
Leads and manages multiple unrelated agile teams in one strategic IT implementation program, establishing modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD, and be responsible for the technical implementation of crucial digital requirements
Facilitates and leads the adoption of emerging trends and changes in IT and process design, encouraging team collaboration to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Influences direction and technical leadership on large projects and in all phases of the development and implementation process, ensuring essential procedures are followed.
Leads and oversees the analysis of business requirements, participates in the development of large and complex IT strategies that address business challenges and operational needsGrade Descriptor
Broad and comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own and related disciplines
Provides leadership and direction to a team / business area of senior level professionals and/or subordinate managers performing multiple and/or diverse and complex disciplines
