Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are looking for a skilled Guidewire Forms Developer with 5–9 years of experience to join our team at UST. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter, and a strong background in Forms development using tools like SmartCOMM, DocuSign, or Thunderhead. This role involves working closely with business analysts, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality insurance forms tailored to client needs.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement forms for Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather form requirements and translate them into technical designs.Develop, customize, and maintain forms using SmartCOMM, Thunderhead, or other forms development tools integrated with Guidewire.Ensure compliance with formatting standards, branding guidelines, and regulatory requirements.Perform unit testing and support QA and UAT testing phases.Troubleshoot issues related to forms rendering, data mapping, and integrations.Work in Agile/Scrum environments, attending stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Mandatory Skills:5–9 years of total IT experience, with at least 3+ years of experience in Guidewire Forms development.Proficiency with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.Experience with forms development tools such as SmartCOMM, DocuSign, Thunderhead, or GhostDraft.Strong understanding of Guidewire Data Model, GOSU scripting, and XML data mapping.Familiarity with Guidewire integration mechanisms, including web services and messaging.Good to Have:Guidewire Certification(s) in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD tools.Experience with other insurance core systems or third-party form tools.Knowledge of compliance requirements in insurance (state-specific form handling).Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.Skills:Guidewire,Forms,P&C InsuranceAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
