- Lead the technical vision and execution to build and scale state-of-the-art voice AI systems that rival global leaders.
- Architect advanced AI/ML models focused on voice, enabling human-like conversations that automate sales, bookings, lead qualification, and more.
- Drive product innovation that allows businesses to build powerful voice agents in minutes and deliver industry-leading customization for complex use cases.
- Build and mentor a high-caliber engineering team, fostering an ownership culture driven by impact and innovation.
- Partner with the team to shape company strategy, product roadmap, and customer success.
- Ensure robust, scalable infrastructure to support growth and real-time AI processing at scale.
- A data scientist and AI/ML engineer with hands-on expertise in voice AI, natural language processing, and scalable machine learning, model fine-tuning.
- Strong startup experience and an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with rapid iteration, ambiguity, and doing whatever it takes to win.
- Passion for building technology that changes the world by transforming customer engagement through AI.
- Proven ability to deploy AI models into production and fine-tune them using real-world data, ideally demonstrated by successes in voice or conversational AI.
- Hands-on technical leader who thrives in a co-founder role, balancing visionary strategy with deep technical execution.
