- Translating company strategy into segment wise strategy along with annual initiatives, scorecards, implementation plans, etc.
- Providing incubation support to the new segments entered and handhold them till they achieve maturity.
- Identifying business opportunities for diversification or expansion through strategic alliances and other mediums like knowledge transfer, etc.
- Engaging stakeholders, external consultants, and experts for strategy formulation, technology identification, and implementation for identified projects.
- Developing expertise in the team in critical functions such as market intelligence, project planning and execution, creating strategy, business cases, etc.
- Formulating regional pricing strategies & implementing the strategy to achieve desired profitability in the region.
- MBA or post-graduate from a reputed management institute
- At least 15-20 years of experience
- Experience in strategy planning as well as execution
- Experience working on debottlenecking projects and ops excellence projects.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
