Position Summary:The purpose of the role is to ensure timely production of parts as per the planning and directions of the production planWork You’ll Do:

Reading and interpreting design models.
Experience with computer modeling software like NX Software, Autocad.
Good Exposure of 3D programming 5 Axis of CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, Mill turn, Turn mill.
Create programs to produce quality parts maximizing and maintaining efficiency.
Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software.
Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.
Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.
Computer literate in ERP, MS office.
Analyze drawings, specifications, work orders to determine optimal tooling and machine processes.
Independently setup and operate multiple machines to quality standards.
