Join us in shaping our futureand yours.What You Will Do:TheLead, Change Managementwill play a critical role in driving Digital Transformation within the New Consumer Health company by shaping and implementing a robust Change Management strategy for the Digital Transformation Office. This role will influence and shape the Change Management strategies to accelerate Digital Transformation, as well as shape execution and deployment plans to ensure the people side of Change is fully integrated to provide a high-quality employee experience.By ensuring digital products and solutions are fully activated by business teams and embedded in ways of working, this role will help drive business outcomes and financial impact for the organization.Key Responsibilities:
  • Influence and shape Change Management strategies.
  • Apply the Change Management framework, tools, templates, and best practices to enable employees to successfully adopt cutting-edge digital products and solutions.
  • Partner with Digital Capability Owners, Product Owners, functional and regional Leads to build and execute customized and tailored Change Management plans.
  • Develop materials for communications across stakeholder groups with varying degrees of technical / business acumen.
  • Develop end user training materials to support successful adoption of new tools and ways of working.
  • Define Digital Adoption Platform content needs, including process walk-throughs, reference guides, tool tips, and other user support material.
  • Continuously drive improvements in Digital Adoption Platform content, deployment processes, and maturity
  • Oversee the technical development and deployment of Digital Adoption Platform content by internal and external build teams.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure adoption and user experience.
  • Analyze data and KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement in end user utilization and engagement, recommend and implement specific actions.
  • Partner with PMO and other DTO team members to prepare materials for monthly performance and leadership review meetings.
What We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree
  • At least 5 years of experience leading Change Management, communication, and training for transformational programs. Experience in planning & delivering Change Management strategies is a must.
  • Deep understanding of Change Management principles, techniques, and tools
  • Experience applying a data-driven approach to improve end-user adoption of digital solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including an ability to work with individuals from various geographies, business departments, and levels of the organization.
  • Outstanding stakeholder Management experience with superior influencing, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Good understanding of project and program Management tools and techniques, including agile principles
  • Experience working in a Supply Chain organization.
  • Prior experience in leading change with ERP systems (SAP) is preferred.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience leading Change Management for digital transformation programs is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a Supply Chain organization.
  • Experience analyzing and understanding Stakeholder requirements and driving expected business outcomes.
  • Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI or CCMP Certified Change Management Practitioner)
  • Knowledge of Digital Adoption Platform will be beneficial.
