J Responsible for following the warranty spares process, right from ordering the warranty parts in CRM from HQ to returning the used / defective parts back to the TWS returns department. Responsible for recording the customer request by creating new or updating existing outlook task for all the incoming warranty / retrofits spares queries & requests. Responsible for thorough follow-up with TWS spares, customs and logistics partner for timely delivery of warranty spares to customers. Responsible for organizing the timely dispatch of the warranty & free retrofit spare parts to the customer site in co-ordination with service team Responsible for strong co-ordination with the TIN service team to understand the emergencies and take prompt appropriate action. For e.g. decide the mode of transport (air/road). Responsible for providing proactive information to customer about the transport documents e.g. road permits, e-sugum form, delivery address etc Responsible for scrapping the unproductive parts confirmed by TWS return department after taking necessary approval of the spares & logistics department manager within the defined timeline. Responsible for the proper documentation of questionnaire provided by the customer before machine installation for custom clearance of ordered warranty spares. Support spares & logistics manager by providing timely reports (weekly/ monthly) on project basis. Preferred - Male Candidate.
