Within Finance Solutions Office (FSO), OFS Production Controls is a team in charge of performing preliminary daily controls for the streamlined functioning of the Finance central system - OFS. The results of several consistency or analytical controls under OFS PC responsibility form the basis for detecting incidents or data quality anomalies occurring in the financial data processing. These results are paramount for defining the root causes and alerting different cross-Finance actors responsible for the actions of correcting the anomalies. This position aims to create within OFS PC a PMO officer responsible for producing reliable KPIs on the status of the controls, the trend of the results during the time, as well as remediation actions for ensuring successful functioning of OFS and foolproof data delivered to Finance teams Responsibilities The Project Management Officer will be responsible for structuring, monitoring and communicating metrics for development and strengthening the OFS Production Controls activities across our organization. He/she will support the transformation of the team acting as a facilitator for the various transformational initiatives and rollout affecting the OFS production controls team KPI and Dashboards As a KPI Communication leader, the PMO will develop and implement the OFS PC communication strategy within and outside the team. He/she will produce a set of KPI based on the results of preliminary controls performed in the current activity of team. The KPI are transversal and impacting several reporting to support and project teams. Design appropriate KPIs, Dashboard, and Reporting Implement key indicators enabling decision taking by the senior management Structure and provide regular reporting with relevant metrics Share a unique standard Contribute with inputs to different committee where OFS PC is expected to report or provide visibility on the status on its activities SharePoint administration The team has a shared SharePoint between the Infinity Europe and Infinity ISPL platforms. Jointly with the SharePoint administrator of OFS PC team in Lisbon, cooperate for developing further evolutions and update for specific need to the ISPL OFS PC team Design and structure dedicated libraries and folder for sharing deliverables of the production teams Ensure archives of historical KPI and metrics Ensure successful management of communication tools and channels Transversal coordination and monitoring Support FSO managers in sharing visibility of various activities directly and indirectly affecting OFS production controls and the corresponding impact to mitigate potential risks Produce support documents for steering committee or production status Build (coordinate, produce materials) coordination and communication related to the activity Technical & Behavioral Competencies At least 7 years of experience in project management and coordination of complex organisational and multicultural environment with below skill sets: Strong listening skills, strong interpersonal skills and a strong cross-functional cooperation between teams Rigorous and dynamic, you like human contact, work as a team and have an excellent organization ability Knowledge of Banking and Financial services Good accounting knowledge of banking products/activity Good communication (oral and written), organisation and documentation skills Ability to adapt to change and proficient in problem solving. Capability to work and interact with various people of different expertise and level. Client oriented Collaborative worker & team player Specific Qualifications (if required) 7+ years of experience iFinancial domaiwithiBanking sector Experience of working iGlobal work environment across cultures appreciated Power BI expertise Desktop office tools (Excel, Power Point, Teams, Word, Outlook) expertise Skills Referential Behavioural Skills : Communication skills - oral & written Ability to synthetize / simplify Creativity & Innovation / Problem solving Ability to deliver / Results driven Transversal Skills: Ability to set up relevant performance indicators Analytical Ability Ability to develop and adapt a process Ability to develop and leverage networks Ability to manage / facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training Education Level: Bachelor Degree or equivalent Experience Level At least 7 years Other/Specific Qualifications (if required) Language: Fluent English, French is a plus
