A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing application features, and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly to support business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ALIP Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with application integration and deployment. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with debugging and troubleshooting application issues. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
