- You'll assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- You'll maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and project schedules. Prepare regular updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and information flow throughout the project lifecycle.
- You'll identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on risk factors that may impact project success.
- You'll work closely with project team to ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and sustainability criteria.
- You'll actively engage in ongoing learning opportunities to enhance your understanding of sustainable construction engineering practices, project management methodologies, and industry trends.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program in Construction management, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility is mandatory.
