Deputy Manager - Service

• Handle major medchanical/electriucal, Instruments & technical cases for York chillers.
• Attend to breakdown complaints and perform root cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance of York chillers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure utmost customer satisfaction.
• Generate L&M business and ensure timely completion of all activities as per the contract scope of work.
• Work with Johnson Controls (York) products and other JC controls products.
• Lead technical efforts in expanding the existing service business and creating L&M opportunities for growth.

• 5+ years of experience in chillers specially with chillers.
• Hands-on experience in handling and troubleshooting of chillers ,electronics and VFD equipment.
• Technical skills in chillers, especially in screw and centrifugal chillers.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• High integrity and trustworthiness.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Interpersonal savvy and action-oriented mindset.

• Experience with York chillers or a similar position with another OEM.
• Familiarity with York Chillers products.
• Proven track record of generating L&M business.
