Key Responsibilities :- Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to assess their educational and career aspirations.- Provide clear, accurate, and personalized guidance on available programs, course structures, and career outcomes.- Support applicants through the entire enrolment process-from initial inquiry to final registration.- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion.- Maintain detailed records of student interactions, follow-ups, and status updates using CRM tools.- Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to refine outreach strategies and stay ahead in the market. Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, Business, or Marketing preferred).- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, academic counselling, or student advisory roles for On line higher education ,categorically online degree counselling.- Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital education trends is advantageous.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., LSQ, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.Desired Core Competency :- Communication Articulates program value clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences.
