We build products and solutions that impact one of humanity's most personalaspects - health.Designation: Sales AnalystsKey Responsibilities:● Data Analytics & Reporting: Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of salesdata; produce regular dashboards and reports on pipeline health, win rates, and quotaattainment● Forecasting & Planning: Develop and maintain rolling revenue forecasts andterritory-level projections; collaborate with sales leadership to refine assumptions andadjust plans in real time● Performance Measurement: Define KPIs for inside‐sales and corporate teams;implement scorecards and performance tracking mechanisms to identify high‐impactimprovement areas● Advanced Analysis: Conduct deep‐dive analyses—win/loss reviews, cohort analyses,pricing sensitivity, and customer segmentation—to drive strategy and product‐market fitdecisions● Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 4–7 salesanalysts; establish best practices for analytic methodologies, documentation, andcross‐training● Cross‐Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Operations on processoptimization, with Finance on incentive modeling, and with Product & Marketing ongo‐to‐market performance reviews● Tool & Process Ownership: Champion CRM (Salesforce) and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI); lead initiatives to automate reporting, improve data quality, and scale analyticcapabilities.Required Qualifications:● Experience: 5–8 years in sales analytics or sales operations roles, with 2+ yearsmanaging or mentoring analysts in a B2B or SaaS environment.● Analytical Skills: Mastery of SQL, Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), anddata‐visualization tools; ability to translate complex analyses into clear businessrecommendations.● Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, funnel metrics, andrevenue drivers, ideally within technology or healthcare sectors.● Communication: Excellent presentation and storytelling skills; comfort presenting tosenior stakeholders and executive leadership.● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field;advanced degree or analytics certification is a plus.Preferred Skills● Hands‐on experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard configuration.● Familiarity with Python or R for statistical modeling and predictive analytics.● Prior exposure to revenue‐operations or incentive‐compensation design
