Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch/Queueable jobs, and LWCs
Implement Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and custom configurations
Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations
Configure OmniChannel routing
Implement Digital Engagement features: Enhanced Chat, Messaging channels
Maintain Knowledge Management: publishing workflows, search optimization, Data Categories.

Must Have Skills:

4+ years Salesforce development experience
Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows
Service Cloud: OmniChannel, Digital Engagement, Knowledge Management
API integrations (REST/SOAP)
Strong understanding of data models, governor limits, and security

Preferred:

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI), PDII is a plus
Good to have exposure to Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
