- 3-5 Years of Relevant DFT Experience
- Good Experience in Scan Insertion, Scan DRC Checks.
- Experience in Atpg, Mbist, Simulation, ijtag skills is a MUST.
- Should have a strong working knowledge in LBIST, including test pattern generation and fault coverage analysis, is Preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and Leadership skills to drive projects to successful completion.
