- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to expand the company's market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular visits, calls, and emails.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights to improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product offerings to drive sales growth.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to sales representatives within the area, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively promote products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and best practices in sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate and Industrial.
