This is an opportunity to work on real-world problems while sharpening both your technical skills and your understanding of the sales-tech ecosystem.About the RoleAs a Full Stack Engineer Intern at Revspot, you’ll ship end-to-end features across our React frontend and Python backend, with a focus on enabling sales teams to operate more efficiently. You’ll work closely with our sales, product, and AI engineering teams to translate customer needs into high-performing, reliable, and visually appealing product features.No prior professional experience is required—if you’ve worked on strong projects, contributed to open-source, or completed a bootcamp, you’re welcome here. We’re looking for someone eager to learn, own projects, and grow rapidly in a sales-tech-driven engineering environment.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user-facing features using React and modern frontend patterns (hooks, component composition).
- Build and optimize REST APIs using Python frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Work with both MySQL (relational modeling) and MongoDB (NoSQL basics) for flexible data storage solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand workflows, translating their needs into technical features that improve lead conversion, deal tracking, and customer engagement.
- Integrate analytics and reporting tools to provide sales teams with actionable insights.
- Participate in code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and debug issues in a Linux-based development environment.
- Document technical processes to ensure smooth handovers and cross-team collaboration.
- Strong proficiency with React and modern frontend practices.
- Solid Python skills and experience building REST APIs.
- Familiarity with MySQL and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of Git, testing, and debugging in Linux environments.
- Clear communication, ownership mindset, and eagerness to learn fast.
- TypeScript, Zustand/Redux, React Hook Form, Zod.
- API consumption with TanStack Query, UI libraries like ShadCN.
- Background tasks (Celery, Redis).
- AWS basics (EC2, S3, RDS), Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
- Real-time features (WebSockets), analytics dashboards, or observability tools.
