- End to End Ownership of Campaign Delivery (Onboarding, Campaign creation, Optimization, Reporting and Insights) and strategizing for revenue growth for both tactical and long-term opportunities
- Drive conversations with Sales/Customer Success teams for the smooth campaign delivery, handling the challenges and adopting collaborative workstyle
- Derive insights on various revenue, product, and supply metrics, to collaborate with product/supply teams for feature improvements
- Meet and exceed campaign goals through campaign strategy and optimization
- Work with huge volumes of data to arrive at meaningful insights and strategies about the campaigns
- Own weekly exec level revenue/ margin reporting for the portfolio of accounts
- Ability to take ownership and getting things done in the stipulated time
- 4-6 years of experience in a role encompassing account management/revenue management and data analysis, preferably (not mandatory) from digital/programmatic/ad tech background
- Exceptional analytical skills, entrepreneurial, and a creative approach to problem solving, with the ability to understand key metrics and apply these to performance optimizations
- Strong, robust MS Excel skills and proven competency in numeracy and logical reasoning
- Effective and proactive communication skills
- Outstanding teamwork, organizational & interpersonal skills, with tremendous attention to detail.
- Ability to work across different global cultures and in a matrix style environment
